You will prepare sales orders, assist customers with loading merchandise, perform follow-ups, and help keep the sales center organized. Forklift certification is a plus; bilingual English/Spanish is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Walk-in and phone customer service experience.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Experience in landscape or irrigation products is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers and listens to needs.
• Recommend product solutions and upsell.
• Collaborate with team to sell Horizon's value and provide best service.
• Prepare sales orders and assist in loading merchandise.
• Make follow-up calls to customers to solicit additional business.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked sales center.
• Assist in receiving, shipping, and general warehouse duties.
• Other duties as assigned.
