Horizon Distributors, Inc. is hiring a Customer Service Representative to greet customers, share product knowledge, and provide outstanding service for landscape and irrigation needs.

The CSR will upsell, load merchandise, and coordinate with the team to grow Horizon's customer base while maintaining a neat sales area and accurate records. Training and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service roles.
• Ability to communicate clearly and follow instructions.
• Willingness to learn new systems and processes.
• Comfort with lifting up to 75 pounds and working in a fast-paced setting.

Responsabilités

• Greet walk-in and phone customers and understand their needs.
• Recommend product solutions, upsell options and complementary items.
• Collaborate with team and utilize company resources to provide great service.
• Prepare sales orders and assist customers in selecting and loading merchandise.
• Make follow-up calls to introduce opportunities and solicit additional business.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked sales center.
• Assist in receiving, shipping, and general warehouse duties.
• Other duties as assigned.
