Horizon Distributors, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at our Palmetto, FL location. You will assist walk-in customers and phone orders, share product knowledge, and provide recommendations that help customers grow their landscape businesses.

• Greet walk-in and phone customers and listen to their needs and challenges.
• Recommend product solutions, upsell options and complementary items.
• Collaborate with team and use company resources to deliver Horizon value and excellent service.
• Prepare sales orders and assist customers in selecting and loading merchandise.
• Follow up with customers to introduce opportunities and solicit additional business.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly.
• Assist in receiving, shipping and general warehouse duties.
• Operate forklift safely and maintain certification.
• Keep the facility clean, safe and efficient.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
