Qualifications

• 6 months of computer use, inputting, accessing, or outputting information.
• 6 months experience with retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Willingness to work in various store departments as needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint, hardware, etc.).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
