Qualifikationen

• 6 months of experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information)
• 6 months experience with common retail technology (smartphones/tablets)
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods as required
• Able to lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with assistance or accommodations
• Bi-lingual skills are a plus (preferred)

Aufgaben

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise
• Stock and replenish shelf items as needed
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to ensure timely receipt
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service quality
• Prepare department merchandise (e.g., tint/paint, pipe, wood, drywall, blinds) per customer needs
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Perform other duties as assigned
