Lowe's Companies, Inc. in Asheville, NC, seeks a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, help them find products, and provide friendly service across departments. The role offers part-time schedules with growth opportunities and benefits.

You will interact with customers throughout the day, handle inquiries, and assist with merchandising and checkout processes. Ideal candidates have basic computer and retail tech familiarity, good math skills, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds;

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic
• Able to stand or sit for extended periods and perform duties
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or more with help

Responsabilités

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Down stock merchandise by looking for empty areas on shelves and replenishing supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise as expected and on time
• Cross-functionally train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service
• Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread pipe, cut and bundle wood, cut drywall, cut blinds)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
