Job summary

Lowe's in Raleigh, NC is seeking a friendly Customer Service Associate to welcome shoppers, help them locate products, and resolve questions as they navigate home improvement projects.

You will work in-store across departments, satisfy guests with timely service, handle purchases, stock, and basic duties, with flexible part-time shifts and opportunities to grow through Lowe's benefits and Track to the Trades.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic
• Able to stand for long periods and perform duties as needed
• Able to minimally lift 25 lbs

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and provide friendly, professional service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Stock replenishment and keeping shelves organized
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for timely fulfillment
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service quality
• Prepare department merchandise to meet customer needs (e.g., tint paint, cut piping, trim materials)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
