Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, help them find products, and provide friendly service across departments such as Appliances, Hardware, and Home Décor. You’ll assist with locating items, stock replenishment, and processing orders, while building knowledge of home improvement solutions.

Applicants with bilingual skills are encouraged. This is a part-time, on-site role with opportunities for growth and access to Lowe's benefits and education programs.

Qualifications

• 6 months of computer experience with basic data entry.
• 6 months of experience with retail tech (phones/tablets).
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic skills.
• Ability to stand/sit for long periods and perform duties.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Down stock merchandise by looking for empty areas on shelves and replenishing supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise as expected and on time
• Cross-functionally train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service
• Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread pipe, cut and bundle wood, cut drywall, cut blinds)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
