Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help with home improvement needs. You will engage with shoppers, answer questions, and ensure a smooth, friendly experience throughout their visit.

Work across departments such as Appliances, Hardware, and Tool Rental, helping customers locate merchandise, stock shelves, and process orders while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer to input, access, modify, or output information.
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand or sit for long periods and perform duties as required.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or more with accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Down stock merchandise by replenishing shelves in empty areas.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise as expected and on time.
• Cross-functionally train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service.
• Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread pipe, cut and bundle wood).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
