Lowe’s is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find products and services for their home improvement needs. You’ll interact with customers, assist with product selection, and help with inventory as part of a dynamic store team.

The role emphasizes friendly service, accuracy in processing orders, and collaboration across departments to ensure satisfaction. This entry-level position supports growth and skill development in a large retail environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer and basic data entry.
• 6 months experience with common retail technology (smartphones and tablets).
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform duties.
• Minimum 25 lb lifting capability.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock merchandise by replenishing shelves and organizing products.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise on time.
• Cross-functionally train in other areas of the store to improve service.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., tint/paint, pipes, wood, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
