Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to greet customers, help them find products, and provide friendly, expert service for home improvement needs.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience with computers or data entry
• 6 months experience with common retail tech (smartphones/tablets)
• Proficient reading, writing, and basic arithmetic
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s and provide friendly, professional service
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise
• Restock shelves and ensure products are available
• Process orders and deliveries accurately
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, wood)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Perform other duties as assigned
