Job summary

Lowe's is looking for a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find the right products for home improvement. You will engage with customers throughout the day, assist with locating items, and ensure customer needs are met.

Responsibilities include stocking, processing orders, and occasionally loading merchandise. Candidates should have basic computer skills and be comfortable working in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer to input, access, modify, or output information.
• 6 months experience using common retail tech, such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock and replenish shelves as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise as expected and on time.
• Cross-train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service.
• Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs (e.g., paint tinting, pipe cutting, wood cutting, drywall cutting, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
