Job summary

Lowe's is hiring a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find products that fit their home improvement needs. You will engage with shoppers, answer questions, and ensure a positive shopping experience across departments.

Daily tasks include locating merchandise, stocking shelves, processing orders, and supporting checkout with a friendly, helpful attitude. This role may require standing and light lifting as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months experience using a computer.
• At least 6 months experience with retail technology (smartphones and tablets).
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock merchandise by filling empty shelves and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to help deliver the best customer service.
• Prepare merchandise in your department (e.g., paint, pipes, wood, drywall, blinds) as needed.
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
