Lowe's Companies, Inc. is hiring a Customer Service Associate to greet customers and help them find the right products for home improvement needs. You will engage with customers throughout the day, answer questions, and ensure their shopping experience is smooth and efficient.

The role involves assisting across departments, stocking merchandise, and processing orders while delivering friendly, professional service. Flexibility and strong communication are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
• 6 months experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Down stock merchandise by looking for empty areas on shelves and replenishing supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise as expected and on time
• Cross‑functionally train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service
• Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread pipe, cut and bundle wood, cut drywall, cut blinds)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
