Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate to greet customers, help them find products, and provide friendly, practical support throughout the store. You will assist customers with home improvement needs and ensure a positive shopping experience every day.

Qualifications

• 6 months computer experience (inputting, accessing, or outputting information)
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets)
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic (addition/subtraction)
• Able to stand/sit for long periods and perform duties as needed
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or 25+ lbs with accommodation

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Replenish stock by checking shelves and restocking items
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise on time
• Cross-train in other store areas to enhance customer service
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., tint/make paint, cut/thread pipe, etc.)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
