Qualifications

• 6 months of computer use experience required.
• 6 months of experience with common retail tech (smartphones/tablets).
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift 25 lbs.
• Bi-lingual skills preferred.
• Trade certification in department preferred (e.g., hardware, plumbing).

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to enhance service.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., tint paint, cut materials).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
