Lowe’s is looking for a Customer Service Associate to warmly welcome customers and help them find the right products for home improvement needs. You will engage with customers, answer questions, and ensure their shopping experience is smooth and efficient.

Your daily tasks include assisting in locating items, stocking, processing orders, and potential cross-training in other store areas to ensure top-notch service. A part-time schedule and opportunities for growth are available.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer or similar device.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones, tablets).
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform duties as required.
• Able to lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with assistance.

Responsabilités

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Ensure shelves are stocked and supplies replenished.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support service quality.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint, plumbing, wood).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
