Job summary

Lowe's is looking for a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, help them find products, and provide friendly, expert service in-store. You will assist with locating merchandise, handling transactions, and supporting various departments to ensure a great shopping experience.

The role offers opportunities to learn trade skills, participate in track to the trades program, and access health benefits, tuition assistance, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• 6 months of computer usage experience (inputting, accessing, modifying information).
• 6 months of experience with common retail tech (smartphones, tablets).
• Reading, writing and performing basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs unassisted.
• Bi-lingual skills preferred.
• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock replenishment and organizing shelves as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to ensure on-time fulfillment.
• Cross-train in other areas to support store needs.
• Prepare department merchandise (paint tinting, pipe cutting, etc.).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
