Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate in a part-time capacity to help customers with home improvement needs and product selection. You will welcome customers, assist with locating items, and ensure a positive shopping experience across departments.

You will participate in daily store operations, answer questions, and support checkout processes while maintaining welcoming, organized displays and helping customers solve problems.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer or inputting information.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic proficiency.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform duties as required.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock and organize shelves to maintain product availability.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support service delivery.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint tinting, pipe fittings).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
