Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate to help customers find products for home improvement needs, and to provide friendly, knowledgeable service throughout the shopping experience.

You will greet customers, assist with product selection, and handle merchandise in a fast-paced retail setting. This role supports multiple departments and may involve part-time hours and varied schedules.

Formación

• 6 Months Experience using a computer, inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction).
• Able to stand for long periods and perform duties as required.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with accommodations.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed on the floor.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to meet customer expectations.
• Cross-train in other areas to support store operations.
