Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a Customer Service Associate to greet customers and help them find home improvement products. You will assist with locating items, answering questions, and ensuring customer needs are met throughout the day.

You may rotate through departments, assist with stock, and support checkout or delivery processes. A positive attitude and basic computer/retail tech skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience with common retail tech (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand/sit for long periods and perform duties as required.
• Minimum lifting of 25 lbs unassisted (or with accommodation).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and selecting merchandise.
• Stock replenishment and keeping shelves organized.
• Process orders and help with deliveries when needed.
• Support other store areas to deliver great customer service.
