Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help with home improvement needs in-store. You will assist with locating products, answering questions, and ensuring orders and deliveries are handled accurately.

Daily duties vary by department and include stocking, organizing merchandise, and providing friendly, professional service to customers throughout the day.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer
• 6 months experience using common retail technology
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic
• Able to stand for long periods and perform job duties
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or 25lbs with accommodation

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service
• Assist customers locating and handling merchandise
• Restock merchandise by monitoring shelves and replenishing items
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service
• Prepare merchandise in department as needed (e.g., paint, pipes, wood)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
