Lowe’s is hiring a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find products and services for their home improvement needs. You will interact with customers, assist with locating merchandise, and ensure accommodations are met while providing friendly service.

Daily tasks include processing orders, stocking shelves, and supporting multiple departments as needed. This role emphasizes strong communication, basic math, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs as required.

Qualifikationen

• 6 months experience using a computer including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction).
• Able to stand for prolonged periods and perform duties.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or over 25 lbs with accommodation.
• 6 months of retail and/or customer service experience.
• Bi-lingual skills.
• Certification in a trade related to department (e.g., hardware, kitchen, plumbing, electrical, lawn and garden, and lumber/building materials).

Aufgaben

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Down stock merchandise by looking for empty areas on shelves and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise as expected and on time.
• Cross-functionally train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service.
• Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread pipe, cut and bundle wood, cut drywall, cut blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
