Lowe’s in Durham, NC is seeking a Customer Service Associate who greets shoppers, helps them locate products, answers questions, and ensures a friendly, professional experience throughout the store visit.

This part-time role offers flexible schedules, opportunities to learn across departments, and access to benefits such as health insurance options, tuition assistance, a company-matching 401(k), and a 10% associate discount, with training provided to grow your skills.

Formación

• 6 months experience using a computer and basic software.
• 6 months experience with retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Down stock merchandise by looking for empty areas on shelves and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise as expected and on time.
• Cross-functionally train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service.
• Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread pipe, cut and bundle wood, cut drywall, cut blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
