Job summary

Lowe's is hiring a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find the right products for home improvement. You will engage with shoppers, answer questions, and ensure a friendly, efficient experience across departments.

The role offers flexible scheduling and part-time options, with the chance to develop product knowledge and customer-service skills while supporting store operations and merchandising efforts.

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic
• Able to stand/sit for long periods and perform duties
• Minimally lift 25lbs

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Down stock merchandise by looking for empty areas on shelves and replenishing supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise as expected and on time
• Cross-functionally train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service
• Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
