Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find the right products for home improvement needs in a store environment. You will engage with customers throughout the day, answer questions, and ensure a high level of service while delivering merchandise and supporting store goals.

The role offers part-time hours, various departments based on needs, and opportunities to grow skills through Lowe's Track to the Trades program and other benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience using a computer.
• Minimum 6 months experience with common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and be comfortable with numbers.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and delivering friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock and organize merchandise on shelves.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for timely receipt by customers.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support service excellence.
• Prepare department-specific merchandise (e.g., paint, pipes, lumber) per customer needs.
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
