Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. seeks a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and assist with finding the right home improvement products. You will engage with customers throughout the day, answer questions, and ensure their needs are met across departments.

This role offers part-time schedules, competitive pay, and opportunities to learn new trades while supporting customers in-store at Lowe's.

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology (smartphones and tablets)
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic
• Able to stand/sit for extended periods
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or with accommodation

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions and deliver friendly service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Restock merchandise by checking shelves and replenishing supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to meet expectations
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service excellence
• Prepare department merchandise (e.g., tint/mix paint, cut/thread pipe, cut wood)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
