You may work in various departments with daily responsibilities varying by store needs. This role emphasizes friendly service, efficiency, and teamwork in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer and inputting, accessing, modifying information.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic are required.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift at least 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to ensure on-time receipt.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve customer service.
• Prepare merchandise in your department (e.g., tint/paint, cut etc.).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
