Qualifications

• At least 6 months of computer use (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information).
• 6 months of experience with common retail tech (smart phones/tablets).
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic skills required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, answer questions, deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock merchandise by monitoring shelves and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for timely receipt of merchandise.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., tint/paint, hardware, plumbing).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
