Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find the right products for home improvement. You will engage with shoppers throughout the day and support them in solving their home projects.

This role offers part-time or flexible schedules, a focus on customer service, and opportunities to grow with Lowe's. You will work in various departments and learn new trade skills through Lowe's Track to the Trades program.

Qualifications

• Experience using a computer and basic arithmetic.
• Experience with common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Reading and writing proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise on time.
• Cross-train in other areas of the store to improve service.
• Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs (e.g., tint/mix paint, cut/pipe, lumber).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
