Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to greet customers, answer questions, and guide them to the right products for home improvement needs.

You will assist with locating items, stocking shelves, and processing orders while delivering friendly, professional service and contributing to a positive shopping experience for customers in an environment with variable conditions.

Competenze

• 6 months of experience using a computer and basic data entry.
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology (smartphones, tablets).
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic skills required.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Mansioni

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and provide friendly, professional service.
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise.
• Restock and organize shelves to keep products available.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items on time.
• Cross-train in other areas to support store operations.
• Prepare merchandise in your department per customer needs (e.g., paint, plumbing, hardware).
• Assist customers through checkout and resolve inquiries.
