Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find the right products for home improvement needs. You will interact with customers throughout the day, assist with locating merchandise, and ensure customer needs are met.

Responsibilities include stocking, processing orders, and supporting cross-training in other departments to deliver excellent service. A part-time role with flexible schedules is available at Lowe's stores.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand/walk for long periods and perform job duties.
• Able to lift 25 lbs unassisted or with accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and provide friendly, professional service.
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time receipt.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise (e.g., tint paint, cut materials) to meet customer needs.
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
