Job summary

U-Haul in Reno is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to be the face of our service team and help customers with rentals and equipment inspections. You will use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals, move and hook up trucks, and answer questions about products and services.

Role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record preferred.
• Able to assist customers both inside and outside a U-Haul center.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with U-Haul products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect equipment on the lot and educate customers about products.
