Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to be the face of its service and help customers with equipment inspections and rentals using U-Scan technology.

You will work with a supportive team, learn on-the-job, and may participate in interviews and earn bonuses including a $100 hiring bonus and a $300 completion bonus.

This role requires a valid driver’s license, a high school diploma, and the ability to move equipment up to 50 lbs; training and certifications are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with U-Haul products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot including checking fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
