Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our service, assisting customers with products and services and inspecting equipment for customers. You will use U-Scan tech to manage rentals and inventory, move and hook up trucks, and educate customers on offerings. On-the-job education is provided.

Qualifications include a valid driver’s license and a high school diploma or equivalent. This role offers hourly pay and a benefits package where eligible.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with U-Haul products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot including checking fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
