U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative who will be the face of our exceptional service. You will assist customers, manage rentals using U-Scan technology, and help with equipment handling across our centers.

The role involves inspecting and maintaining equipment, educating customers about products, and processing invoices. A valid driver’s license and a high school diploma are required, with training offered for certifications such as propane, forklift, and hitch installation.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with U-Haul products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot including checking fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring and fill propane where applicable.
• Drive a forklift (certification offered through U-Haul upon employment).
• Other duties as assigned.
