Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to be the face of our service team, helping customers with rentals and equipment needs.

Use smartphone-based U-Scan to dispatch and manage equipment, move and hook up trucks, inspect gear, and answer questions. A valid driver’s license and a high school diploma are required; on-the-job education and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift/move equipment up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot and answer questions.
