Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to be the face of our exceptional service. You will assist customers with U-Haul products, use U-Scan for rentals, move and hook up trucks, inspect equipment, and educate customers on products and services.

Requirements include a valid driver’s license and a high school diploma. Training through U-Haul University is provided, and certification opportunities (forklift, hitch, propane) are offered after employment.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience or aptitude is essential.
• A valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and clean equipment on the lot and check fluid levels.
• Prepare rental invoices and process equipment returns.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring; propane filling (certification offered).
• Drive a forklift (certification offered).
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
