Job summary

Uline is seeking a Customer Service Representative at our Washington branch to build customer relationships, provide solutions, and deliver legendary service. On-site, full-time role with strong training and growth opportunities.

You will handle orders, answer product questions, and assist customers by phone, email, and chat using our world-class technology. Prior customer service experience is a plus; we train eager learners.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we will train you.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, make product recommendations and handle account inquiries using world-class technology.
• Be a product and solutions expert; respond to product, pricing and shipping questions quickly.
• Build business relationships with customers over phone, email and chat.
• Understand customer needs and recommend Uline's best solutions.
• Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering.
