Uline’s Pennsylvania branch is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to build customer relationships, provide solutions and deliver legendary service. Join a family-owned company where exceptional training and tools set you up for long-term career success.

You will process orders, answer questions, and navigate customers through ordering channels with a focus on speed, accuracy, and solving problems. Training is provided to help you grow within the organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but training will be provided.
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, make product recommendations and handle inquiries using technology.
• Answer product, pricing and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
• Build business relationships with customers over phone, email and chat.
• Understand customer needs and recommend Uline's best solutions.
• Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering.
