Job summary

Uline is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our on-site team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You will process orders, answer questions, and build relationships using our advanced tools.

We offer pay from $27 to $32 per hour, a $2 shift differential, training that prepares you for long-term growth, full benefits from day one, and opportunities to advance within a family-owned company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, make product recommendations and handle account inquiries using world-class technology.
• Be a product and solutions expert and answer product, pricing and shipping questions quickly.
• Build business relationships with customers over phone, email and chat.
• Understand customer needs and recommend Uline's best solutions.
• Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering.
