Job summary

Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope in Albertville, MN is seeking a Customer Service Representative to service customers, enter orders, and review accuracy in a fast-paced environment. The role is hourly, with schedule Monday–Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, reporting to the Customer Service Manager.

The ideal candidate brings at least one year of customer service experience, strong communication, data entry skills, and a team-oriented mindset. OBE offers competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year customer service experience.
• Computer experience, ability to accurately type numbers.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize deadlines.
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with employees at all levels.
• Ability to work overtime as required.

• Exceptional customer service
• Superior verbal and written communication skills, including handling incoming calls in a professional and thoughtful manner
• Strong data entry skills with consistent attention to detail and accuracy
