Job summary

OBE is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support customers from Albertville, MN. The role is hourly, with standard hours Monday to Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm, reporting to the Customer Service Manager.

Responsibilities include order entry, accuracy checks, and professional communications in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of customer service experience, strong data entry and computer skills, and a team-oriented mindset with a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Computer experience, ability to accurately type numbers.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize deadlines.
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with employees at all levels.
• Ability to work overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to existing customers.
• Handle incoming calls with professional and thoughtful communication.
• Perform data entry with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Utilize computer programs and learn new software as needed.
• Apply basic math skills as part of daily tasks.
