HomeTeam Pest Defense in Charleston, SC is hiring a Customer Service Representative. You will provide positive customer experiences, schedule services, and handle inquiries from prospects and existing customers.

You will interact with technicians and use Route Point software to manage service tickets and payments. The role requires at least 1 year of customer service experience, basic computer skills, and strong communication to maintain a friendly, professional front-line presence.

Qualifications

• Must have 1 year of previous customer service experience
• Entry level customer service skill and technique
• Basic / entry level understanding of computers
• Entry level skill on use of company telephone features and how to use them
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Provide positive customer experiences that influence continued service usage
• Provide information to prospects and initiate new service
• Answer questions, research problems, resolve issues, provide pricing (non-termite), schedule services and provide closure for customers
• Schedule pest and builder services using Route Point software
• Resolve invoice and billing questions for customers
• Conduct telephone conversations with customers in a professional manner
• Enter service-related notes in the system
• Provide general marketing information to prospects and customers
• Follow up with customers for re-treats and maintenance
• Maintain customer files and update notes in the system
• Print, distribute, and review service tickets for technicians
• Ensure technician paperwork is complete and accurate
