Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Basics of computers understood.
• Phone features and usage basics.
• Must be 18+ with HS diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive customer experiences that encourage continued service and upsell.
• Schedule services and provide pricing (non-termite) to customers.
• Use Route Point software to schedule pest and builder services.
• Resolve billing questions and invoicing issues.
• Maintain and update service tickets and notes in the system.
• Calm and diffuse angry customers; escalate when needed.
• Collect and reconcile payments received by technicians.
