SPI is seeking a customer service professional to act as the primary contact for branch customers, supporting orders and product information. You will work closely with Outside Sales Reps, Production, Inside Sales, Credit and Delivery to ensure accurate order fulfillment and responsive service.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years in customer service, strong communication, and trustworthy math skills. Local travel is limited; high service standards and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18+, basic math ability.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• 1–2 years of experience in a customer service role.
• Personable, enthusiastic and engaging personality.
• Valid driver's license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the key customer contact for our branch, providing order support and product information.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales Reps, Production Personnel, Inside Sales, Credit and Delivery to support order fulfillment.
• Maintain a positive rapport with customers and deliver world-class service.
• Proficient computer skills to process dealer orders, requests and system-generated acknowledgements.
• Other duties, tasks, or responsibilities as assigned.
