Job summary

RB Global, a RB Group company, is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Omaha, NE. You will provide exceptional in-person customer service, process payments, answer inquiries, and assist with sale-day activities.

You must have prior in-person customer service experience, be proficient with computers and data-entry software, and thrive in a fast-paced team environment. This is a full-time on-site role with a strong safety culture and opportunities to grow within RB Global's yard operations.

Qualifications

• Previous work experience where you worked in-person with customers
• Experience using computers, and able to learn to use new technology and software
• Excellent keyboarding skills for data entry
• A commitment to providing fantastic customer service
• Able to work well and maintain a positive attitude in high-pressure situations
• A friendly, outgoing, patient personality
• You thrive working as part of team, pitching in wherever you’re needed

Responsibilities

• Organize keys and documents by internal coding system and Lot number
• Upload documents to the web for each sale
• Communicate with departments and customers who sign up equipment for documents
• Process payments from successful bidders
• Provide customers with information about auxiliary services
• Support safety initiatives and company commitments to safety
