Responsibilities

• Organize keys and documents by internal coding system and by Lot number.
• Upload documents to the web for each sale.
• Communicate with multiple departments and customers regarding required documents.
• Process payments from successful bidders.
• Provide information about auxiliary services.
• Ensure superior customer service is delivered to all customers.
• Support safety initiatives and follow company safety policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
