Job summary

Medical Data Systems in Melbourne, FL is seeking a Customer Service - Patient Accounts specialist. You will handle calls from patients, discuss balances with guarantors, collect payments, and negotiate payment plans, while ensuring compliance with FDCPA and HIPAA.

With our training program, we teach individuals how to become a Successful, Professional Customer Service Representative who can intelligently discuss patient accounts with guarantors. Hourly pay ($15.00 per hour) plus Unlimited bonus potential! Bonuses are based on Your Ability and Determination.
This job offers a rewarding and challenging environment. We take calls from patients and help them resolve their hospital balances. We answer account questions, take payments and negotiate payment plans when necessary. The people we speak with are Recent Patients and are NOT Considered Delinquent with the Hospital. The work is very similar to working in the Business Office of a Hospital.
