Medical Data Systems is seeking a customer service representative to handle patient accounts in Melbourne, FL. This role involves speaking with patients and guarantors to resolve balances, discuss payment options, and process payments. Training is provided; remote work is not available.

With our training program, we teach individuals how to become a Successful, Professional Customer Service Representative who can intelligently discuss patient accounts with guarantors. Hourly pay ($15.00 per hour) plus Unlimited bonus potential! Bonuses are based on Your Ability and Determination.

This job offers a rewarding and challenging environment. We take calls from patients and help them resolve their hospital balances. We answer account questions, take payments and negotiate payment plans when necessary. The people we speak with are Recent Patients and are NOT Considered Delinquent with the Hospital. The work is very similar to working in the Business Office of a Hospital.
